5 Movies Beyond Imagination You Must Watch

Usually when you google “best movies to watch,” you get a fancy list of Oscar-nominated highbrow movies that no one has ever heard of or a bunch of 80s “classic” movies that everyone * pretends * like them. but nobody does (sorry, not sorry). This story is not that. Full disclosure: Movies Beyond Imagination

I’m not a professional film critic, but I love movies of all genres and I have a lot of very strong opinions on them.

So if you are looking for some ordinary people movie recordings to help pass the time, check out my favorite movies, I strongly believe that you should stream them as soon as humanly possible.

These are the best comedies, girl movies, horror movies, romantic movies, dramas, teen classics, biopics, and more to watch right now (most of which are available on Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, or Disney +, by the way).

Parasite

Parasite (2019)

An unemployed family of four sneaks into the life of the crazy and wealthy Park family. Then there is an incident that cannot be completely cleaned up in a cleaning shift. Long after the credits roll, you’ll be questioning the ending and mulling over the important and difficult topics.

Black Widow

Scarlett Johansson’s superspy didn’t get a funeral in Avengers: Endgame, but she’s getting the solo movie her fans have been campaigning for since the time it was possible to dock every Marvel movie in less than a day.

(For those who count, this is entry number 24 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.) This prequel follows Natasha on a mission across Europe to reunite her “family” – characters who will likely be essential for upcoming films. Bonus tip: don’t forget to watch the post-credits scene.

Promising Young Woman (2020)

Promising Young Woman (2020)

This very dark comedy juxtaposes a woman’s insatiable quest to avenge her best friend’s tragic assault against a backdrop of all things ruffled, pink, and sweet. Movies Beyond Imagination

That stark contrast only makes the movie’s incredibly intense climax that much more shocking. Promising Young Woman was nominated for five Oscars in 2021, including Best Picture, Best Actress for Carey Mulligan, and a historic nod to Best Director for Emerald Fennell.

The Sixth Sense

The Sixth Sense

Haley Joel Osment plays Cole, a boy who struggles with his supernatural abilities. When she meets Malcolm, a child psychologist, Cole learns to better communicate with the dead who seek him. He ends up in a shocking twist that he could never have predicted.

The Social Network

The Social Network

The unlikely marriage of screenwriter Aaron Sorkin and cool visual stylist David Fincher gave birth to one of the best works of their careers, a “floaty, weirdly funny, thought-provoking, alarming and fictional” account from the early days of Facebook and its founder,

Mark Zuckerberg (brought to life hard and mocking by Jesse Eisenberg). Oscar-winning Sorkin’s witty screenplay spins Facebook’s origin story as a Silicon Valley “Citizen Kane”, dazzlingly playing through flashbacks and framing devices. Movies Beyond Imagination

But the cruelty of Fincher’s clear direction is what ties the picture together, clairvoyantly framing Zuckerberg as the media mogul of the future, and hinting at the problems this brings. (Sorkin’s scripted Silicon Valley drama “Steve Jobs” is also on Netflix.)
