1. General Policy

We hope you love your order.
Because each item is carefully inspected and shipped with care, we do not offer returns or refunds, except where required by law.

We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
All exchanged items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

2. Domestic Orders (United States)
    •    Exchanges only. No refunds.
    •    Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
    •    Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless an incorrect or defective item was sent.
    •    Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost.

3. European Union & France

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers located in the EU — including France — have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery for online purchases.
    •    EU customers may return their item for a full refund when exercising this legal right.
    •    Outside of this 14-day legal right, our policy remains no refunds, exchanges only.
    •    Exchanges are accepted for unused and unworn kaftans, scarves, and bags.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. UAE & International Orders (Outside the U.S. & EU)
    •    No returns or refunds.
    •    Exchanges only for unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery (subject to approval).
    •    All international exchange shipping costs (to and from) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for exchange:
    •    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
    •    Tags must remain attached.
    •    Custom or final-sale items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
    •    Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at usabaya.inc@gmail.com.
We will cover the shipping costs and replace the item or offer an appropriate solution in line with applicable consumer law.
